11.03.2020 ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES: Write an article of 200 words about environmental issues
Pupils were asked to work in pairs, do some research about the 25 top environmental issues and cover the following research areas: a. explaining the problem, b. present effects on the environment, c. possible future effects on the environment, d. possible solutions and actions to be taken, e. who is in charge of solving the problem;
Pupils got material and wrote articles about the following issues: Water pollution, Air pollution, Public Health issues, Biodiversity loss, Natural disasters, Loss of endangered species, Deforestation, Human impact on marine life, Climate change, Natural resource depletion, Nuclear issues, Genetic modification, Medical waste, Global warming.
The articles were published in the Twinspace of the eTwinning project ""Tracing and shaping our cultural language heritage, part II"
