3.3.2020 Preparing the celebration of the International Women’s (...)In their English classes, the students from 1 H prepare the celebration of the International Women’s Day, which is one of the United Nations’ International Days related to UNESCO’s mandate.
The activities carried out are as follows:
- online research work on Rita Levi Montalcini as homework
- class discussion in terms of the 5 wh-questions
- writing skills session: how to write a biographical factfile
- The name of the person
- A picture of the person
- An account of their early life
- The person’s family life
- The major achievements of the person
- The three main interesting qualities or facts about the individual
